This amazing costume has been created for the role of the Odalisque in the ballet "Le Corsaire".
It is made in two pieces, according to the Russian tradition. The short top is created with shiny semi-stretchy, deep blue fabric, and is richly embellished with appliques and stones. Two arm bracelets complete the oriental look of this costume.
The professional Russian platter tutu skirt is white, made of 12 graded layers of high quality net. The skirt is hooped and the panties are ruffled. There is a pale aqua blue chiffon overlay and other chiffon decorations on the tutu skirt, as well as appliques, stones and trims.
