The dress features a round neck with crystals decorating the central part, a round collar embellished by silver sequins, and short sleeves with lace accents. The edges of the dress are decorated with a matching. wide blue lace trim.

There is sky blue satin belt that fastens in the back in a big bow. The belt is also decorated with sparkles.

A big, blue bow as hairpiece is also included with this dress.
