The bodice of the tutu is made with sky blue shiny semi stretchy fabric, and features decorations with blue trims, silver and blue appliques, and blue stones. The bodice has a pretty V cut and a nude insert.

The costumes is complete with pale blue tulle arm bands.

The tutu skirt features 10 layers of hand tacked sky blue high quality tulle. The tutu skirt is made with darker blue net and features the gradient ombre color, while the top layer of the tutu skirt is turquoise blue. The remaining layers are white. Silver and blue appliques and sparkles are scattered throughout the skirt.
