Deep blue velvet bodice entirely decorated with satin blue feather imitation, embellished with sequins. Cap sleeves and hooks and eyes closure.

The bell-shaped tutu skirt is made with high quality ocean blue tulle, and is also decorated with satin feather imitations, decorated with silver trims. The edges of the tutu skirt are scalloped.
