This recital dress is perfect for any solo or group dance.

The blue velvet sleeveless bodice features a V cut with a white insert and a lovely blue sequin collar. A large red belt decorates the waist. The skirt is created with two different colors: red and white. It is made out of a sequin fabric, alternating panels of white and red. This costume is extremely sparkling under the lights!
