The tight paneled bodice is made of shiny, semi stretchy blue fabric and features a deep V in the front and a nude inset. Around the V there are embellishments made using blue sparkling trims and appliques, and blue crystals. Arm bands are included.
The deep blue ten layers skirt has a darker blue overlay all decorated with sparkling blue flowers appliques, lace, blue trims and sparkles.
