The bodice of this Romantic tutu is made with shiny blue satin, and features a white, pleated undershirt and a crossed laced pattern. Tiny flower appliques decorate the sides of the bodice. White tulle short sleeves with blue trims and small flowers.
The Romantic, organza tutu skirt has been ombre' dyed in gradient shades of blue. White apron decorated with lace and satin blue ribbons.
The edges of the skirt are decorated with blue satin ribbons.
