This amazing professional tutu features a royal blue stretchy bodice and 8 layer tutu skirt with hoop. The front of the bodice is decorated with golden trims and stones,  and a deep V cut with nude insert. 

The tutu skirt is made of matching tulle, decorated with golden appliques and sequins.
