This Degas Russian tutu in deep cherry red, has been created for the Waltz of the Flowers or for the Henriette Variation in Raymonda.
It can also be used for any other classical variation.
The bodice is made with a special semi-stretchy fabric in a lovely shade of cherry red. It features a nude insert and a very elegant decoration with gold and pink sequins and crystals, pink flower appliques, and gold appliques.
The Degas, below the knee length tutu skirt, has been dyed with gradient colors, looking like a real flower.
Big roses appliques are sewn on one side of the skirt.
The top of the skirt is deep cherry red as the bodice, and it fades to white till the edges.
