A new beautiful Blue Bird costume we have just created. Featuring a dark blue velvet bodice with a lighter blue front insert, silver and blue trims and tiny silver flowers. The arm bands are blue and complete the look of this professional tutu.
The professional platter tutu skirt is made using layers of different shade of blue and white net. There is an overlay made with darker blue tulle with rich flower appliques.
This tutu is custom made.
